We do not normally blacklist people, however, the following are ones who are intolerable as they have severely broke our T&Cs and caused great incovenience to us. Sellers, beware!

P.S. If you want us to take down your blacklist, then contact us at earringsparkle@gmail.com and make necessary resolutions to the matter. Ty.

Also, I welcome requests for further information about these blacklisted people. E.g. Particulars/ Email snapshots, etc. They deserve it. :(

Leon (supposedly his name), tch_tchtch@hotmail.com

Why he is blacklisted: MIA buyer

He emailed and confirmed his order of 4 piercing kits under batch 1, and asked for registered postage, asking me to give him a calculated total. For batch 1, I paid for everyone who had ordered as this batch will take quite a long time to arrive, since my supplier is on overseas, on the account that buyers might worry if they have alr paid and items have yet to arrive. So I nicely told him not to pay. And according to my T&Cs, we have stated clearly that buyers should not order except if they are truly interested, and orders cannot be cancelled after 1 day.

Because of his order, I had no more kits left for Batch 1 and I could not add any extra quantity as it is already shipped so I even had to turn down so many customers because of him and asked them to order under the other batches and wait a longer time.

Anyway, he chased me on Thurs, 13 Jan, whether the kits had arrived. I replied immediately that they would most probably arrive around that week or the next. Then, I received it on Fri, 14 Jan. After emailed everyone about it, he MIA-ed straight for so many weeks. After incessant emails, he finally replied, saying that it is not posb but uob and he 'idk how to send to uob'. How could this be when I have already stated so clearly that it is a UOB a/c?! Anyway, you still can do a IB funds transfer, isn't it? which I have stated pretty clearly too. Still, I took the time to find out for him what UOB's bank and branch code is & also the alternatives (Cash deposit machine/ UOB counter) for making payment.

Yet, till now, after around 1 month since the kits have arrived, he has still not replied me. I continued to email him but he did not bother to even respond. What a bad buyer! D= I call for all sellers to boycott him.

So from now on, I will only place your preorders if you have already paid up. This is to prevent similar incidents from happening.
